1000 Watt HPS Grow. Help with plant

Hey I just tried LST'ing for the first time. Can anyone give some information on how I did. I am trying to get a pound off this plant (the big one, vegged for 1 1/2-2 months), and atleast four ounces off of the small plants that were started at 12/12. I just started the 12/12 cycle about a week or two ago. She has many pistols coming out, and I used seeds from a plant that pollinated itself, so they should all be females. 3 medium, 1 big, 4 little, any help is appreciated. Earlier in the grow:

Thanks for the info, I just got another fox farms soil. Should I just feed the small ones straight water for. Month or so?

It's the light its to hot bro she is very small take it easy on her and drop down to a 400hps for veg then give her that 1000
