Hello fellow growers!

This is my first grow and I'm now 18 days into flowering my 4 girls.
I don't think I'm doing a great job so I decided to create this journal and get help and expertise from the growers in this forum.
My knowledge was based on a brazilian forum, but people are not very ative there so I hope I can get more inputs from experienced growers in this forum.

I live in a 2 bed apt, so I use the spare room to put my grow tent 4,5 x 2,5 x 7f
I have two hps lamps in that tent: 400w + 600w.
During veg I used only 400w at first than 600w than 800w and only switched to 1000w when I changed the light cycle to 12/12.
The 4 plants were in veg for 12 weeks, at first on a 3 gallon pot and later transplanted to 7 gallon pots.
Medium used is FFOF + Perlite about 60/40.
I thought FFOF was soiless so I started nutes on their second week and that caused some overfert.
Nutes:
Veg - Connoisseur grow A+B, voodo juice. B52 and ancient earth all from AN
Flower: Connoisseur Bloom A+B, voodo, piranha, b52, rhino skin, big bud, bud candy, ancient earth.

I used LST to make them grow horizontaly and thought I did a good job but now at almost 3 weeks of flowering they are not growing as I see other plants in this forum grow. I thought thwy were supposed to be twice the veg time after almost 3 weeks in flower but they are not growing vertically as I expected. The flowers are showing up but I feel like my 3 month in veg were I waste and I'm not gonna be able to yield 4-5oz per plant as I expected.
So if anyone thinks there's still time for me to improve my yield please let me know, I'm open to all opinions.

Ps: humidity is very low in my grow (+-25%)

and I can get it up even with water buckets and humidifier in the grow.
