They look good but we could use some more info about them. What you are growing in, what type of lights and setup you have, etc.. That will help us get a better judgement

Looking good. You can certainly switch over to a higher dose p-k now.. Has the plant finished it's flowering stretch yet or is it still growing? Unless height is an issue I normally wait until the plant stops all vertical growth to switch my nutrients over to bloom. Try to switch them over slowly over a few feeds to reduce stressing the plant any if it has a low stress tolerance level.
