22 day old clone no roots can it be saved?

Hey all, so like the title says.
We have a 22 day old Super Silver Haze clone that's not rooted yet, but still alive.
She was part of a 6 pack.
3 Super Silver Haze and 3 Blueberry OG
The other 5 have done great.

So some info.
Oct 1st was the day we brought em home.
In rapid rooter plugs
Put directly into a top fed dwc system
6gal- 3gal tap 3g r/o with 3 drops GH rapid start for each plant
Ph-5.8
Ppm-10
Res temps 68-70 in each tote
2 days later added botanicare KIND nutes at 1/3 strength.
Ph 5.9
Ppm 265

By end of first week everybody had roots, except for this one SSH.

Today I pulled her out of the plug and snipped her ugly stem bottom off and placed her back into her plug.
Do you think she'll pull through or is she likely a goner?

I have some very slow clones, too. IMO, if you have healthy leaves and a good stem, keep trying.

I'm a soil grower myself, so cannot advise you on hydro cloning. Sorry.
