108 days since all this started.
30days ago i started 2 candy cane autos to fill in space i no longer have as late miss has gone stupid. She just kept growing so a week ago i switched everything to 12/12. Ill post pics of late miss and droopy later when lights come on.
The focus of this post is the candycanes.
I didn’t know how the swap to 12/12 would effect them but i had no choice i needed the huge beast to flower.
Now i have 1 seedling in flower and the other is still growing normally as normal can be in my tent.
Candi is blooming i hope she stretches
Canni is growing “normalish”
So staytuned for update on LateMiss and Droopy in the mean time Grow Hard

I just harvested my full candy cane auto. Now curing. I rolled one up to give it a go. Jeebus I was not expecting how good the smoke was. And with the proper cure it will get even better.
Ps was so full from dinner I could not eat another drop. Smoked it and boom. Say back and ate a giant Costco bag of chips. lol. Magic.

That is great to hear. Im looking fwd to smoking it even more than I already was if that’s possible. Anything that makes you eat chips in that quantity must be tremendous!! Ill be checking your journal good to hear from you magic

Ya just started the next journal 3 strains. Not much posted yet cause they ain’t doing nothing lol. It was a fun first time experience that’s for sure. Wife headed to costco today for more chips and dip. Lol. Cheers.

Wade was under a gram I chopped her up she smokes ok nothing notable about it at all. Few cookies and i was right back up and running no chips required. Lol
I look fwd to putting a couple plants in the back yard this summer and getting away from the autos and do a nice photo grow in my tent possibly in a few dwc buckets

108 days from seed heres Droopy ripening more everyday!! Shes massive lots of very full buds im letting her get more amber than the first 2 harvested.
LateMiss is insane 5’5” leaving no room for proper lighting. Soon as Droopy is done ill try to spread this mess out see if i can pull Early down to the sides and watch the buds fill out shes gonna be huge!!!

113 days from Seeds...
LateMiss is huge but Ive hopefully solved my light issue. Viparspectra DS600 600w dimable led light. Im running 12/12 now afraid to increase light hours for fear lateMiss relapses into veg again. I bought some corrective glasses to offset the Blurple testing now to make sure heats not gonna be an issue. If all is well ill clean up the cords soon as i get a chance.
Droopy is pretty much ready I expect to cut and hang Sunday.
The 2 candycane autos are likely a write off but im banking on latemiss pulling thru. They’re stretched and flowering way to soon im not gonna pull them but i don’t expect much more than I got from Wade.

Day 115 Droopy is done!! Now to finish out whats left and do a cleanup and reset before jumping right back in. This journal isnt over yet biggest plant LateMiss is building buds in about her 3rd week of flower about 7 or so to go i figure only time and trichs will tel.
Heres Droopy
Total wet yield
28.4oz wet trimmed bud
2.5oz trim premature buds anything with trichs very little leaf. I tossed the leaves out for compost I actually trimmed my trim if that makes sense.
Stay tuned for dry weight going into jars I expect about 1/5 of wet weight for dry yield because ill cut off all main stalk and do a final trim.
I cant wait to get into this

I started trimming at the dinning room table wife thought it was cool... till it started to smell... i was loving it high as a kyte focused and totally nose blind to the essence. After a brief resistance i ended up back in the basement.

Day 122
Late miss is budding nicely on 12/12. Lowest leaves are turning white and falling off like the plants absorbing them. Im gonna increase nutes a bit maybe shes just hungry.
Candycane seedlings are blooming too. Switching to 12/12 messed them up. Not expecting much just gonna let em grow and harvest when LateMiss is done.

Have you tried super cropping that huge girl?
Looks like height issues might happen?

She is gonna be a treat the buds seem tight and frosty. Leaves on this plant have always reached up its always been hardy. The buds now grow noticeably every day its amazing i smoke some i harvested earlier and just look at her for what seems like hours.... her sister is good!!

Harvest was good. Buds are not tight at all but no shortage of crystals. Put crop in jars tonight about 8oz still may lose some weight during the cure. I made sure it didn’t over dry this time i think it will turn out nice!!
Height issues are real on this. I actually pulled her down a month ago but the stretch on this one was crazzy. I should have flipped her earlier I really thought she was gonna flower on her own. If i could do it over id have gone to 12/12 a month ago and never started the candy canes. Lights are way to high and indirect for little plants in there. I need a second tent... wifes not convinced yet and I haven’t the space really.
She ain’t convinced after seeing that beast lol

Day 129 I could be off a day or 2 by now but whos counting...
LateMiss is an absolute beast. She is 4weeks into 12/12 flip and buds are developing nicely if she swells anything like the others im gonna be fakn wasted all summer. The Smell of the previous 3 plants not including Wade smelled the same LateMiss has a sharper smell and Im assuming by her stature the sativa side is very dominant. Looking fwd to the completion of this autoflower grow... its gone on far to long. Im still looking into a dwc setup for my next grow im thinking ill scrogg 2 plants inside to fill the tent and put 2 outside to spread my risk and maintain 4 plant legal limit. I may be rambling but this is a journal. Heres some latemiss pics.
CandyCanes smell and look beautiful i just wish they had grown more before flowering but I had to deal with LateMiss. The one stretched insanely the other is a miniature beast ill get a nice taster out of them.

Flushed LateMiss last night shes getting very top heavy. I know shes root bound in the 3gal but im gonna let her finish the way she is. The buds are dense and stinky a few hairs have started to turn but trichs are 100% clear yet thus I expect a few weeks to go.
