Any clue what my issue is? Pic

These were all growing great until a recent watering, then it started to go downhill pretty fast for half of my plants. I've done a lot of searching and my only guess is that maybe my pH was way off when I watered that time (My meter batteries died and I just winged it for awhile). I also noticed recently that I have a pretty bad case of fungus gnats, although they are in my flower room, I haven't noticed them in the veg room...yet. These are my veg ones.

I went and bought batteries to check the pH from here out again, and I also bought some nutes because I ran out awhile ago and was just doing pH. I've watered with pH water once, and once again with pH and some nutes. The new leaves do look like they are going good, as you can also see in the photo.

It does look like PH swings. Plain peat is too acid. It needs lime to partially neutralize it and buffer the soil as you water/feed.
