That’s a genetic mutation called fasciation it won’t hurt anything

Or it could be a Polyploid, also not a problem in fact it's a good thing as they are usually higher in cannabinoids.

It can grow up to like 8 heads I believe, I just saw a couple pics online of fascination, there was one that looked like a double bud, it’s pretty cool, and ur is really pretty

Yes, its really cool, I have 4 of them and noticed the stalks are oblong also.
