Big Bang from Greenhouse Seed Company - 5 gallon DWC

I had to tie some of the branches up to the top of the tent to help support the weight of the flowers. Day 49 now of the flowering phase

I have been following your journal because I am debating doing a DWC for both the higher yield and better quality, cannot wait to see your weights and trichome development.

Do you think you will yield significantly higher weight and quality(to offset the cost of the meters and effort of res changes) in DWC then your previous soil grow?

Also what would be your take on scrog'n a DWC grow? In as far as res changes would be made more difficult due to the scrog.

Hey everybody have been away so hence me not been around and on this site. Unfortunately had to early harvest by about 2 weeks of flowering due to life happening.
The smoke is a nice mix of both head and body stone.
Final dry weight came in at 316 grams so just over 11 ounces.

So here how the end product looked after 2 weeks in jars..

Oh I would recommend dwc highly.. As long as you keep your pH in range, not over feed and keep res temps in check you will succeed. Its the sheer time you save in dwc over soil grows with regards to veg duration. It is far superior. I have managed to root cuttings off this grow taken 21 days into flower and they are quite perculiar in stature.

Hope this helps LabX..

Here they are now 22 days into flower. Unfortunately one of the plants decided to drink more than the other two and ended up having all burnt tops. Hopefully she will pull through OK but it might affect the yield

Will update next week during week four flowering..

OK seems the plant which ran out of drink temporarily is bouncing back quite well. Here now on day 35 flowering and a before and after turning the one at the front right around and a measure of defoliation to fee up some light and some more air around the many branches.

I have actually chopped all three down now after a 2 week flush and the second of that being in total darkness. This time have been hanging in tent for the last 3 days with fans still running. Tonight I shall manicure and place on a nice drying rack I picked up online which am looking forward to using.

OK was about to post pic of them at day 56 but for some reason or another cant at present so will update when can!

So after a long 2 week flush with plain tap water, chopped and each plant hung in total darkness for 3 days I began manicuring the buds. They are all sat on my eight tier drying rack once again in complete darkness.
