Bit of help please

Hi nutty professor, struggling to get temps up to 26oc. My other digi ballast has melted inside so waiting on another coming to put a second light up. Temp of water is 20oc and always put calmag in first, then the base nutes. Would I be better using advanced nutrients ph perfect range? Ballast isn’t coming til end of next week. Was suppose to be here this weekend but now they are saying going to be a few more days ffs

Tested root ball temps, it’s between 17-18oc. Stuck some loft insulation on the tent roof to try bring temps up

the temps seem ok , i remember using food grade polystyrene balls when i grew in a cold spot , used it a bit like perlite lol
