Blisters on stem

I can't provide a great picture as I'm on my tablet but in my current grow I've noticed about the third node where the side branching meets the main stem I have what seems to be a blister. It's just as hard as the stem. Plant is growing great but never seen it before. I'll try to add pictures later. Anyone please!!!!!!!!

Like a big bump or knuckle where a branch joins the main stalk? That's normal if it's what I am envisioning, she's getting ready to hold up fat nugs!

Thats the cellular tissue filling with sugars for transport up main meristem or apical bud.Perfectly normal.

Is this found on both male and female plants? Wish I could sex it now but not flipping for another 2 weeks minimum.

Sometimes the swelling at the node below a topped section swells in response to the cut, diverting energy to the lower section to promote growth. So yes male or female.

This is on node 3. I cut past 5. Either way I'm just happy it's nothing serious.
