Burned off edges

can anybody tell me whats wrong with my plant?? im about 4 weeks into the grow and the bottom leaves seem to be dying,, I also noticed a little bit of clawing and discoloration on the top leaves around the edges

Your plants look hungry. Hungry for everything. It is not just one deficiency, these plants are starving. Whatever you are feeding it, feed it more, and probably more often. What is the grow method here? As others have asked, what are your nutes and program?

this is a hydrogrow im feeding it 3 part advanced nutrients, the instructions say 4ml per litter of water but im givin it 2ml per litter of water half the dose?? should i give it the full 4ml?

I just replaced the water with a full dose of nutrients I hope it fixes the issue, thanks guys
