C02 bag safety

As we all know co2 is a dangerous gas. Is it safe to use a home grown brand co2 bag in a grow tent that is in a bedroom closet. The bedroom room itself is well ventilated and the tent will be run with a recirculating exhaust system, and the tent will be sealed.
