Are your cubes sitting on wood? That is going to cause a problem with them getting constantly wet. I the bottom of your cubes rooting.
How often do you change your nutes? Or flush? Most of those pictures look like salt build up. They will show the same type of burning and marks as your pictures.

awesome job DD except i dissagree on the PH, it should be 6.3 soil. so your water/nute PH should be dependant on that result...if soil PH is unknown always water at 6.3
Livetour any chance at a pic of those pots? they look suffocating to the little bit i can see, and i barely see any perlite. keep an eye on them roots bro, you dont want root rot (which could cause these exact symptoms even if everything else was right)
