Can I hang bud from racks in fridge to dry?

Just like the title asks.
this is ziggys low and slow drying correct? my fridgerator shelves are just racks, could i not just hang the buds directly in the fridge ?
so far looks like the temp is 43 F and 20% RH which i assume though will go up from having the flowers hanging?

so if people are using racks and my shelves are already racks couldnt i just lay the bud down?
i read people saying they need maximjm surface area, so made me think i could just hang them from the racks already in the fridge with paperclips?

Yes, you can absolutely dry hanging in the fridge and those that do it swear by it. Keeping terpenes cool preserves them very well at the same time your dry is very slow.

While I'm surely not an expert in the method, my belief is that the cool temps suppress mold for quite some time. I believe @Drz would be the one to know for sure if I'm remembering correctly.
