Can I use these LED lights to grow?

Hey gang!

I have 3 of these lights on hand, that I can gut and make into one big light, or use them as 3 seperate hanging lights. Each light has 40 LED lights. Here is the spec sheet for the lights I have:

120 - 277 volt, 94 watt, 700 mA, 60 Hz, LED Lamp, 40 Lamps, 6540 lumens, 60000 hr Average Life, 4000 K Color Temperature, 70 CRI.

I have compared the wattage input to other grow lights, and lumen output. It looks like if I turned the 3 of them into a custom light, it would be suitable for growing 2 plants in a 4x4x7? I know enough about LED to know that the wattage is just the power used, but a little lost on how to know if the light output is good enough. Also, how important is the spectrum lighting? Like those premade lights with the VEG and FLOWER switch. I'm going to be growing autoflower if that matters.

Thanks for all your help, if you need photos or more info just ask. Happy 4/20 gang!

If you check my thread, i have a DIY led lights that are working unreal right now. 640 true watts from the wall, with 2 x 320 watt drivers powering 3 x 120 watt 288 led light boards. theyre under powered which brings the efficacy up. theyre prob around 2.5-2.8 umole.
Same here. I’m running 4-288 HLG boards with 2-240 adjustable drivers.

That's great. but would be nice to save a bit and use something I already have. of course as long as it's going to work heh
