The label says it kills mites, so I don't see why not. I haven't ever heard of that product or brand though. Worth a shot if you already have it on hand...

Looks fine. Says organic on it so make sure to hit the plant every three days for 4 treatments at least to get rid of them all. Going to need more to get a good wetting under the leaves where they like to hide. Miss a few tiny spots and you'll never get rid of them.
And hold the bottle upright when spraying. Won't work very well on it's side like that. :
