Dark before turn

Does anyone know if by turning the lights out for three day's prior to the budding cycle, help the plants make better bud's?

I just tryed this but only managed a good solid 48 hours plus, pushing 60 hours...

Their was a slight increase in size... this may varie from one strain to another tho !


Ye its always worth keeping your plants in total darkness before harvest as darkness imrpoves THC qualitie, where as light degrades THC leading to inferior bud.

No and it might overly stress them and make hermies
