I've been going pretty hard with the defoliation on this gorilla glue girls but new leaves grow everyday. Should I let it grow before defoliating again?I defoliate 2days ago

A little birdie once told me that, if a gardener stops removing so many leaves from a plant, that plant will stop devoting so much of its resources towards producing new leaves.

The way I do it is as soon as a leaf shade any bud sites below, I remove it. I leave it for as long as I can but as soon as a bud site is in shade - snip. I also remove fan leaves that don't get any light, fan leaves that block too much air flow from my fans, and fan leaves that are too old and large.

That's the way I do it, and you will most likely hear from some other people that say you shouldn't do it. There are so many different opinions on this matter, but heavy defoliation works for me.

What would you yeld out of one plant with heavy defoliation? I could easily get 4 to 5 oz 6 weeks of veg. This time first time doing photoperiod I decided to defoliate I hope it works for me.

That depends on a lot of things, for me mostly space. In my current grow I have packed them tightly, so the yield per plant is not so big compared to yield per m2.
As long as you are feeding her right and give her good growing conditions, you will have a massive yield if you defoliate and veg for 6 weeks.

What would you normally get? My nuts feeding has been great so far no issues at all. Using piranha, pH perfect grow micro bloom I just started to add big bud and will ad B52 soon then overdrive at the last 2weeks before the flushing

In my current grow I've only weighed and jarred the first plant. It was my Zkittlez Auto that only vegged for 3.5 weeks. She was the smallest in the tent and yielded over 1000 grams/m2.
Edit: And photos get bigger.
