Disrupted Light Cycle

In my first grow and wondering what damage is being done, if any, by the occasional door left open to the flower room.
How much is not good? The occasional open and closing, OR, NEVER open??
How strict are you about it?
What about the little red lights on my controller?
Slight crack in the bottom of the door but 20 feet away?
It is a 25by11 flower room but only using a 11by14 area for the moment with a divider i've covered with reflective material. 9 by 600w lights, and in dirt if that matters.

You guys have such good dope, er, insights...

I am very strict about light leaks during flowering. A slight crack 20ft away should be ok, but I would fix it anyway just to be sure. ;-) Your girls should remain in the dark during the flowering period.

No. Veg leaks are ok. ;-)
