I have made me a CFL cluster light...and for the most part it works. But the Temps dropped drastically where I live
so I fired up my HPS light to offset that. It worked for the temp concern... But I was wondering if it can stress a plant switching the lights...I don't have a MH blue bulb... money is tight right now, ya' Know!!!!

I've never had an issue, As long as temps and humidity are proper. If not, cut the bottom off a water bottle and place the top over the plant for a few days.

I use a 125w gaint cfl for veg & flip straight to a 400w hps for flowering with out a problem.

The only thing i do is start the 400w at 20" above the plants and slowly decrease hanging height over the first week to aprox 12" to 14" to custumize plants to new light :thumb:
