Edibles question about cocoa solids in infused brownies

I was reading about edibles on Wikipedia when I came across this sentence: "Infused brownies contain cocoa solids which forms a polysubstance combination."

What does that mean?

They are talking about the mix of two "drugs", thc and caffeine. Together they form a polysubstance combination.
Like alcohol tincture Contains booze and thc. Same same but different
