Everybody Lexblaze! Round II - Mars II LED - Soma So Gouda

i thought it was ok to leave the flush till the last week in coco ? will be interested in what other have to say

I have 2 mothers and 4 clones rooting atm. Its a scientific method approach =)

I dunno Lex. If there are enough salts in the coco already then they might be o.k. to do an extended flush. I've never flushed more than a week or so myself. hmmm

Its been 5 days since flushing now and only 1 older leaf had yellowed and died. There is still excess green colour on the whole plant. Will report again in another 5 days.

I have taken off a fan leaf to taste the stem/liquid from stem it still tastes salt. This is how I generally know if the flush is done.

Week 8. Gotta love those last few weeks where they put their last efforts into budding fat.

Flush has been good no excess salts when removing random fan leafs and chewing on them to taste. Colour is still very green is it possible that nitrogen is still in place? Will this excess green affect my final taste?

Anyway here are some pics. Shes almost done =) Maybe another 2 weeks more of pure ph water then another week to dry before dark period.

As your cannabis buds cure the green taste will mellow a lot.
Hope so final week of flush then next week to dry

Beautiful Lex! Can't wait to see a smoke report on this.

Got naughty and peckish.. Cut 1 out of 22 Colas..

20140916_182532.jpg

Wet weight after trim = 18 Grams so @ 74% so estimated average weight per cola = 4.68 Grams dry x 22.
Possible yield of 102 Grams for Colas only

Lower pop corn buds like the one at the bottom of the pic will probably yield 1oz or so.

She could go another 2 weeks. I think I cut nutes.. and began flush too early. Not sure if she will produce more bud or have her calyxes explode with only 300PPM..

The clones will go through the same training and be fed till week 8 then flushed for 2 weeks next time around..

So the top Colas are ready. soo DAnk!!!!

My trim job is ok but can be improved upon..

Wet trimmed best effort

After 3 days of drying from under 15grams to sub 5.6 grams so shes slowing down now.

Have cut the primary colas while I let the rest go for another week. I will probably do another dry trim to get rid of anything dark green. But so far my effort is as shown here

And here is a special treat.. My CBD Yummy who was brought outside to absorb the beautiful world and its surroundings.. I really wish it were legal to grow out door because look at this unfed beauty! Grown from coco from her left over nutes from last run earlier this year.

I fed her the flushed out water from my current grow Yet she smells amazing with that signature cannatonic x yumboldt - Fruit salad candy apple mix

Top colas have been drying and now to slow/re moisten the buds they have gone into a paper bag and will stay in there over night.

Process for final dry - 1 day Paper bag next day empty onto Dry Rack. Repeat 3-4 times then into cure jars.
Last time I had done this it preserved the smell and taste quiet a lot being semi sealed and yet breathable.
