Fim, Top, or Do Nothing? Inexperienced Grower and I Need Help

Trying to grow a relatively short plant indoors. Beginner grower and I'm not sure what the sex is yet this plant is 4 weeks old. Recently transplanted and has responded well growing more quickly. Also about to add more light which should help. I am trying to decide if i should FIM or Top this plant?

Please give advice on what to do I have no idea which would be best or if I should wait.
Also if I FIM or Top how long should i keep in veg before i let them go to 12/12 and flower.(assuming its a female)

FIM will make it the bushiest by creating multiple tops while topping will double the nodes each time, so FIM for the bushiest plant. You can probably do this once there are 6 sets of leaves on the plant, so a week or two.
