115 in the nutrient solution? Or 115 in the air?

That's actually pretty low for tap water. You would have to get a water report for your area to see what is all in your water but usually water quite a few different minerals along with some calcium and things like that. Do not count your tap water is PPM when you are feeding your plants. Whatever PPM you want to feed your plants just add 115 to it.
