Next to nothing besides cloudy when I checked yesterday morning. I snipped new samples a few minutes ago, but I need to dig up some fresh batteries for the scope.

I was expecting The Experiment to consist of mainly the three large branches spotted with small/medium nugs, but it looks like all those nugs are going to run together on each branch, making 3 huge colas.
These pics suck, though, and don't do the plant justice. That biggest one is only a few inches short of reaching from my elbow to my fingertips. She's at 7.5 weeks and I expect her to go to about 12.

Rue's trichs are about 10% clear, 80% cloudy, 10% amber. I'll check again on Wednesday morning. I am so ready for her to come down.

I Just finished making the drying box. It fits nicely in the big cabinet of my basement workbench. It's just a cardboard box (reinforced with duct tape) with a hook in the top to which I'll tie Rue. The fan will be inside the box if there's room (won't know until I see how the plant hangs) or I will cut a hole in the box and place the fan just outside it.
Also, my new kitten followed me into the bloom room (kittens are sneaky) and I couldn't resist putting him above my light (it's warm but not hot up there) to pose for pics.

Deff will. Also be careul with letting ur animals into the grow quarters. Just trying to give u a warning. All is looking good though. I like the drying box your starting to give me ideas

I know...it was a one-time thing because he followed me. My other 2 cats have zero interest so I never used to close the basement door...as of this morning, now I do.

Hooray hooray for harvest day! Rue is getting chopped in a couple hours. I quick-dried a couple small buds last night and had a friend over to help me test them...we got waaaaay baaaaaaked after a couple bowls. The taste wasn't as harsh as I thought it would be.

Thanks dfw! I was plucking several dead fan leaves each day all this week and I cut quite a bit more new (since last night) dead stuff before I strung her up to dry this morning...so there's not much left but green buds.

Well, this stuff seems to get my mind and body pretty baked. Much better than expected. Taste is improving but nowhere near optimal yet of course.
Since the buds aren't really dense, she's drying kind of quickly. The box is working great!

Rue is pretty much dry; she's getting a bit crispy. Tomorrow I'm probably going to cut the buds off, trim and weigh them, and then maybe stick them back in the box with a smaller fan for awhile before it all goes in the jars.
I'm smoking a bowl of her pistils that I just collected from the bottom of the box.
