How long should i wait to clone a clone

i know for regular veg plant (around 4-8 weeks till the nodes are alternating you get the fastest and best root development from clones because the plant is mature).. but my question is; will the clone that will be taken off of the fully rooted clone thats been vegged for 2-3 weeks still give good rooting when i clone? or do i have to wait the same 6 weeks to get good and fast root development from newly taken clones? thanks ahead of time.

as soon as the clone is large enough to take clones it is fine as it is already mature. back off nutes before taking clone to get it to root faster.
