How stupid am I?

Really stupid that’s how stupid I am. I just discovered this. In the 6+ weeks since this grow got started I never removed the bottom caps on my new plastic pots. The roots bursted through the small holes when I removed the caps. What should I do should I trim these roots I honestly have no idea.

also, I’m sure this is the cause of the leaf discoloration.

Hmm looks like you could be root bound, or cal mag issue, maybe ph? How big are those pots? The air and exposure will trim those roots naturally I think.
