Ok so I have 3 aroura indica currently growing under a 400hps, they are 5 weeks into flower today 9th Feb 2019 1 of them seem to be doing great and the other 2 seem slower! Is this a common thing or not? And also do i count flower from the day I switch or the 1st sight of flower which was 2 weeks after light switch?

Welcome Aroura, it's common to have different phenotypes in my tent and they can act differently. As the time to count from goes I don't know. People use both and it's confusing some. As long as you know where you are you're all set.

I count from the flip, then note important times such as appearance of flowers, trichomes start to turn milky, 75% trichomes milky, 10, 20, or 30% amber trichomes and harvest time. This helps with your next grow of the same strain.

Me too, I always count my weeks from the day that I see my very first pistils forming. That usually happens around the same time that I have fully transition from Veg nutrients to flower nutrients. After a week of 12/12, you're definitely making the plant scratch its head lol.

They look very healthy, just not much frost for five weeks...... could be the strain. No worries, they look healthy.

I count when I flip. My veg room or times the lights are on are lowered leading up to plants going into flower. I try to bring them into flower just as they would in nature in terms of light schedule. So, I'll see signs of flowering within days for most strains.
