Iveben growing four plants for about six weeks and two of wich haven't really grown much one is growing like crazy and the fourth one has only three fingers on each leaf... Is this crop going ok for my first time?

Soil? Temps ? rh? grow space and height ? Light ? ect.
Pot size and water schedule?
If not possible look out for the "how to do´s" on this side and look for a journal witch matches your grow stile.
I get 3 finger leaf if light is to week, and I guess you may water to much.
