Iron deficiency, or something else?

So the strain of these beauties are “THC Bomb” I pick them up from MSNL… growing them in FoxFarms happy frog. Just about at their third node. still in 18 ounce solo cups. No indication of being root bound. Haven’t used any nutes yet. Just wondering what the hell is going on with this anomaly???? any advice would be greatly appreciated

Had something similar on mine, but still have no idea what it was. It ended up regaining some color as the leaf matured.

Like you, I had not added any nutrients yet - and didn't add any until long after those pictures were taken.

3rd finger on the right leaf:

Just a little leaf varigation, nothing to stress over, not a deficiency. It happens often, especially in seedlings. I've got one growing now that occassionally throws a leaf like that.
