Leaves started drying up - Please Help

new to everything I have over 10 plants I did as much research as I thought I needed n well most plants r good except this one it's drying up leaves started drying n really hasn't grown much Any help please ?

well my sour diesel is drying out really hasn't grown I have other plants n there ok I have her under a 400 hps light temperature is at about 75 to 87f

Usually these problems early on are caused by the common mistakes of - over fertilizing, overwatering, or -growing in bad soil, which usually relates to the first two issues. That is -either soil that doesn't drain properly or is loaded with too many nutrients, or both. Sometimes there are other issues like temperatures being wrong, under watering, or serious pH problems. Can you fill in some of this info- what type of soil are you using? And how much do you water them? Any nutrients,.... etc?
Did you put holes in the bottom of the cup?
