Lights ON temp too low?

Hi folks,

I've been busy with my first grow (see my signature for a link), and a little worried about low lights on temps. I've noticed my HPS (son t plus) bulb runs cooler than my MH bulb. Tent used to reach around 80f but now max temps are more like 75/76 at the canopy, and only reaching 70F ish max at ground level in the tent. Today when i opened the tent canopy temp was only 73F! Lights off are around 68 degrees, sometimes dropping to 65/66. Is this okay?

I did have a quick look around and not finding much info on min lights on temp, does it even matter? Any advice welcome!

That temp is fine.

Your temp is perfect, if you run co2 then raise your temp to 82 to 85 when lights are on. Otherwise 75 to 80 at the canopy is great

OK thanks for the replies, I was just a little worried it was a bit low when I saw 73F today. As long as I don't have to worry about airy buds forming due to low temps, I have seen this mentioned before.
