Lower stalk is wet?

So this is my first hydro grow. 5 gal dwc. I'm cooling the water/nutes so they stay around 62/72 degrees.

It's in early flower. I've noticed perspiration on my bucket outside. That's a given being the water is cooler than outside. But I just noticed my lower stalk at the base of the plant about 3 or 4 inches up is also wet & looks like perspiration. I was kind of shocked. I have a fan & dehumidifier going that's work in the past for soil grows.

But is this normal for hydro grows? I dont think it will be a problem when buds form because the branches are a good ways away from the main stalk.

Oh and I am freaking amazed at how big and fast this thing is growing! Holy cow.

Water starts at about 1 inch below the net pot. Then as she drinks during the day can drop a few inches. Temps in the area are 70 in dark and 87 during light. I'll try and get a pic..but it's always a pita. Because I use my digital camera so theres no geotags on things. Then I have to put that on the PC then post.

Cooling the mix because it seemed to be recommended.
