Maximizing setups for 15 & 25 plant limits

Good day,

I am looking for a perpetual cycle setup to maximize yeild for both a 15 plant limit and and 25 plant limit. In both cases I will be using Gavita 1000w DE lights. I will be custom making the entire structure so size is flexible.

I would like to go with a 4 x 1000W DE Gavitas for flower and a 315w CMH for veg, t5s for clones and seedlings and mothers. But willing to take any and all advice.

Also. My prefered system is DWC.

I have 2 x 4-site systems with control res so far.

I got seeds from cropseedking

Northern lights Auto x 3

Since building by grow room, my woman has decided we are selling our house. So I have negotiated that our next purchase include a structure dedicated to my medical grow.

So...

When I bought my seeds, they threw in a 3 pac of Northern Lights Fem Auto flower.
- I used a modified papertowel method.

I started those 3 first. Feb 1st. I killed 2 of them by playing with them as newborns and almost killed the 3rd but it survived and is in week 3 flower.

I dropped the entire seedings into the DWC nutes at 3 weeks and that really pissed it off. Badly stunted. Didnt die but it was quite small when it started to stretch.
Started under t5s
Kept under t5's for a long time because it was really sick. Went straight to 315 CMH teamed with 400w HPS.

Current setup
1x315CMH
1X400HPS
-Homemade DWC with inner bubble guide(6" pvc pipe with holes drilled)
-Hot/Cold res regulator set to 18C
-Distilled water from my distiller
-1000ppm Dual Fuel complete line
-Ph 5.5 -5.9
-Hanna Growchek nute monitor

I tied the top down to the bucket handle with zip ties. Im happy with the current result.

Since I have to move, Im planning on keeping this girl with a friend until my new shop is built.

Since I wasnt going to have time to complete a round of clones before having to move, it meant my flowerimg room was going to be un used. This was unacceptable to me, so I bought 8 well established Cheese clones in 1Gal pots, tranfered them to 5 Gal pots, did 3 weeks of Veg and now Im on day 4 of Flower.
4x8x8 wood shed with steel door. Air tight/ light tight.

2 x Gavita 1000W DE With light master controller
750CFM 8" fan and exhaust ducting with matching carbon filter
Promix with mycorrhizae
Dual Fuel full line
Ph 6.0 but they were low when I got them so slowly bringing them up.
