If it's just one plant/bucket
I'd assume the issue is there.....
If it's a few plants, then I'd say is full system related

I don’t grow that style either. Re this subject and the ‘insane results’ at 1100 ppm, I thought we were talking about cloning?
Generally enzymes/organic fixes and H2O2 are opposing treatments, and you could use one or the other, but not both. Personally I’d vote for the enzymes. I’d also highly recommend Z7.
