I also see in the instructions for RealGrowers Recharge (a microbial superpack) that they also are not afraid of tap water. Apparently in the strength and populations that their micro herd achieves in 1/2 tsp of mix in a gallon of tap water, quality is not affected in any significant way by normal tap water chlorine levels. I used garden hose water to mix this first batch up for my tomatoes outside, and they have gone insane after the application... even in the cooler springtime weird weather we have been having. Clearly the microbes hit the soil running, and were not slowed down a bit by the tap water.
