Ok well my candy canes are not flowering yet so CKS says to switch them to 12/12 they are supposed to be autos but i just want to make sure switching the lights wont effect the other girls that are flowering

If you switch an auto to 12/12, it doesn't give her enough daylight to be able to produce. And disturbing the light will affect the other flowering (autos I assume) ladies you have in the same tent.

I would wait till you harvest your others before trying a 12/12 switch so you can try a couple things it won't do it any harm in the mean time just prune and trim or lst it to keep it in order and when you harvest your others switch to 12/12 my auto turned out not to be also and this would be my advice you can swith to 12/12 for couple days to try and trigger the hormone but if it was me in the same situation again I would have waited
