Hi everyone,
My name is Mark from the Uk, here to chat and educate myself on medicinal cbd , just acquired some 70% cbd 7% thc , no idea about dosage, bottle has a dropper , I suffer from anxiety and IBS , any advice appreciated

Not strictly legal at that dose in the uk , working great, only took one drop yesterday and slept like a baby and feel great this morning

Yeah man...been through hell and back again...a couple of times and after oh a few years of having my own on a daily basis I have a pretty big tolerance
