no the one the day before the full moon when its full moon there is alot of moisture in the soil, on new moon it is very low on moisture.. this high moisture level in the full moon period makes a faster germination

i have germinated 200+ seeds easily and everytime i have put them in water on the turning of the full moon, and i have never had a healthy seed not pop up
