Hmmm... From the pictures you have it doesn't look like nute burn and more like the start of a deficiency maybe potassium, How close is the lighting?... Do you have anymore close up pictures of the leaves?

Yes I check with the moisture meter attached in the last photo when it reads dry on the last 2 inches of soil in the bottom of the pot I water.

I quite possibly may be using Terra Flores but I believe it was a typo and yes I have been following the nutrient schedule posted below

I would foliar spray them with a water soluble sea kelp solution stuff.
Half the strength as on the label for the first time or two.
They look hungry to me.

After thinking about your issue I still. Think it's Watering here are a couple link about watering.

I also think that i see watering issues (try going to the last inch instead of the last 2 inches) and a magnesium deficiency starting up. I am not convinced that pH is a factor here, but my advice on that is to usually pH to 6.3, the point where the most nutes are the most mobile, and the soil should drift you upwards to 6.8 as it dries out. The soil drift can slow however, so occasionally it is a good idea to come in a bit higher, at 6.5, just to make sure you are scraping the upper range now and then.

I agree doesn't look like nute burn can you post pics of entire plant. Alot of problems at this stage are watering related. You have small plants in big pots that makes watering much trickier are you fully drying them out between waterings?
Even those pots look like cloth bags , getting more air to the roots will go a long way to making plants more healthy , and the soil dries out faster after watering . Maybe you could use a tool to makes a bunch of more bigger holes in the bag . That is a pretty big bag for a plant that small
