PC Stealth grow issue

dear people

i have a question can i grow good weed without taking fresh air from my room into the stealth grow PC? i dont want to take the risk i dont believe that the carbonpaper can hold the smell.. so can i just put 1/2 fans into the PC without taking air from my room into the pc? i was thinking something like this:
