Problems with humidity

Ok guys this is my first grow and is going awesome until yesterday. I had three clones to start and they got to big for closet so i had to move one to my father in laws house and started flowering them. Now in the closet the humidity was never a problem always at 30%. I bought a new grow tent a 4 foot by 4 foot to have more room now i put them in there last night and humidity is at about 75-80% when light is off and around 35-40% when light is on. I went and got some damp rid. Its for humidity. IS there something i can do to lower the humidity. Is it ok for it to be that high during flower when the light is off or dose it have to stay low all the time. I'm about 3 weeks into flower. Thanks guys for everyones help. Happy Hempin

Put a dehumidifier in there set to shut off at the desired level. I'm no expert but that is what I'd try.

It sounds like you might have the exhaust fan(s) on the same timer as the lights. You might want to run the exhaust fans 24/7.
