Purple Pics

Great stuff mate.

I had a ten minute power cut today which is annoyingly common. Seem to have been “upgrading” the power lines on the main road for years. So immediately opened the doors to the room. After 5 minutes we started shifting the plants out to a sunny bedroom next door. Then the power came on.

My first thought was buy an emergency battery backup light - we have one on the 1st/second floor depending on how you count already as building regs - but I need to figure out how to make sure the power fails in the night for it not to come on. Only during lights ON.

Beyond my ken - all I can think is a timer on the connection to the battery which my sparky will know more about.

@CaptainLucky - the waiting’s a killer isn’t it? Deliver it now damn it!

I have a huge list on its way. @DYNOMYCO for the next grow today hopefully.

@Bill284 - I am thinking about popping Sunday. I see a way to make it work with my setup. If the current girls look close enough to flipping by then. I have so many good new things in the safe sitting patiently waiting to burst. But my wife might kill me 😂
The timer I have has a rechargeable battery in it.
If the power goes out it doesn't screw up flowering times.
That's all that matters.
A few extra hrs of darkness won't be detrimental.
If it's an extended period of time any veg girls just require a minute of light to disapate the flowering hormones.
A little portable power pack would be handy though. :thumb:
Get the greenhouse finished so you can pop all those beans.:yahoo:
What's the hold up?

I was hoping you would install CAFCI breakers after your house caught on fire. Only $50 each. Kills the power if your light source malfunctions.

I was talking to Roy about those.
We just call the arc fault breakers.
We have to use them in bedrooms, it's the only place they are mandatory thus far.
Theory is drapes rubbing against the outlet could ignite them.
I'm all for extra safety.
To install a Federal panel to except them would have been an extra $400.00.
That would be money well spent I agree with you 100 %.
And there is no reason once I catch up on the bills a bit I can't switch it out.
I have lots of wire and space. :thumb:
Thanks I probably will do that.
In the meantime I've got it drywalled which will help as a fire block.
I had exposed wood in the ceiling of the fire.
Dry AF too.
I'm getting exploding extinguishers and have a design for a pre pressurized sprinkler system which will also be installed.
It's detached from the house for safety reasons so I'm trying to be safe.
Unfortunately the the budget was stretched with all the extra insulation.
The system is safe and will exceed ESA requirements by a mile.
They say I think it's 7 outlets off 1 circuit.
I'll have 1 for each light in each room.
And one for fans etc.
Heat, and everything else has its own circuit.
Complete over kill.
I didn't skimp there.
But thank you so much :thanks: for the suggestion it'll be added to the list.
How is everything going today my friend?

Beans o Poppin baby! Music to my vape! :green_heart: :high-five:
Woohooo, Morning Stone :ciao:
The township is here changing the water meter today.
I'm waiting for them to turn the water back on so I can get back to work.
Never fails, shouldn't take long.
I meant to say thanks for the offer of the screen the other day.
I meant to come back.
If you sent it to me I'd never use it.
I'd just frame it .
From the Boston transit authority , used by Stone Otter. :yahoo:
Oh tell me that's not the rarest of all collectors items.
I'll put it right beside the unicorn poop, hehe.
Thank you so much Stone. :thanks:

In the immortal words of Tom Petty indeed the waiting is the hardest part. lol But have you read the reviews of @Prescription Blend nutes? Top shelf products! I have a feeling this is going to be my best grow ever. CL🍀
I used them in flower in the greenhouse.
Excellent results.
Each girl was perfect in every way.
And the smoke and buds are fantastic, very pleased.

Yep seen the Prescription Blend love but just not practical here. The only stuff really available in bulk is DP really and very happy with it. Though my more experienced mate reckons he needs to use more for a given EC than he’s used to. But then he has 1500 plants on the go so is more sensitive to that!

@DYNOMYCO arrived today. Really looking forward to trying it.

I’m actually worried though the roots go crazy big I’m going to be up potting so quick I’ll run out of space in the veg room before the current crop is near finishing 😅

EDIT - Love Tom Petty!
Oh no ,
Don't you just hate that.

There’s lots of great growing members that swears by @DYNOMYCO💕. Also I’ve seen 👀 the comparisons and reviews 👍. What’s ever best for your growing is definitely what’s needed. CL🍀
The results are quantifiable, honestly. :thumb:
Roots are key to everything.

Happy beans 🫘 for Bill day 😎. I’m going to be onboard for the ride my friend. I know you’re Vivohut combined with your skills is going to be a tutorial in successful weed growing. Happy growing bro. CL🍀

Like learning to ride a bike you still got it Bill 👍. Hope your well my friend.
Bill how long did u wait for them? I haven't had any updates on my prizes from winning nothing in the inbox 😟
Good morning GF.:ciao:
Seeds take 2 weeks give or take from Spain to Northern Ontario.
Your in civilization so should be sooner.
But nothing moves fast anymore so have patience.
Especially with prizes.
I'm still waiting of a few from last January.
There is a lot of communication behind the scenes that takes a bit of time before anything is shipped.
So.:Namaste::Namaste:
Panel is going well, lots of room.
I take pride in my work and safety is always a concern.
So my panels are always tight.:thumb:
Don't ever want an issue.
Hope your having a good day.

How is everything going today my friend?

Everything is great over here, thanks. I've been getting blazed all morning while trying to learn how to sort out my chakras. I put two Orgone Accumulating Pyramids on my shopping list. And I ate a half a loaf of my bulletproof banana bread recipe.

Wait and see what kind of transformation happens to me after I get a pair of pyramids placed on the top of my audio montors that are often betwixt my ears. Don't be surprised if I start using the love emoji a few weeks from now!

He looks like he stuck his paw in your electrical box lol
He is a ham.
Just loves to play.
He always keeps me smiling. ;)
Hope your keeping well.

Thank you so much Cap'n. :thanks:
I'm not sure how to run it yet.
I mean the thread.
It could be complicated like LKAbudman and his Vivosun equipment.
Or I could have it so someone who never popped a bean before could follow easily and have amazing results off the bat.
I don't have a pc yet so I might be limited in my choice to start.
Either way I'll show pictorials on everything so it's easy to follow.
Nobody reads my tutorials anyway.

That's a great pyramid.
I can't get too medicated in the morning or I fall asleep and get nothing done.
Especially a whole loaf, I'd be out cold.

It's like a puzzle, without any picture or instructions and you have to pick the pieces yourself.
A few plugs and switches I can walk you through.
The panel I'd get someone with insurance.
The construction part is easy.
haha I know some of the construction, I watched my friend's dad build a lot of stuff around his trailer park when I'd visit, that man never sat down and was always fixing the place up, new iron fence (which I know how to do, can do a wooden one too), semi remember how to do a foundation for a shed; youtube is also a convenient place for learning new stuff, and then google for the proper protocols and safety precautions...Sadly Cali we have to have permits for EVERYTHING..I had no idea..

Give me dimensions and I'll do a stick by stick take off with instructions. :thumb:

Hows mom doing? She on a holiday?

Stacey helps trim now and then, nbut she has no interest in the garden itllnits ready.
It's my hobby but she supports me 100%, so I'm happy.
Finish off a little grouting today and get a door mounted on the 4x4 hopefully.
Then it's beans O popping, hehe.
Enjoy the day my friend.
Take care.
I can't lie, she wasn't too happy at first about the girls either, she supported me by buying all the stuff for it, she just never wanted to do anything with it. lol

However, she knows how much they mean to me, and she'll even most likely be growing, when I start working in the oil fields, I will be gone for about 2 weeks, and back only 1 week so that I won't have a lot of time for anything, but she's learning fast and actually is doing hella good at taking care of them lol

We just call the arc fault breakers.
We call 'em AFCI and GFCI breakers.
