Well firstly I’m growing in coco coir, canna range , flowering week 2 ph 6-6.3 , temps 25-28 lights on, humidity 50-70 mainly 50/60. Seeing all these tears and rips in my leaves , haven’t spotted any pests even using a microscope . Have had sticky traps up since day one and I never open up the tent completely ever . I also have a tower fan pointing blowing at the plants. Pictures are attached . I have heard someone say leaf miners but I don’t see any indication of this. Any help or advice would be appreciated !

I'd suspect you've just banged a few up and they've grown with the damage. A little boo boo on a little leaf becomes a big boo boo on a big fanleaf.

That said I always grab my loupe and make sure I see no signs of bugs. Your issue looks like plant abuse, tho (which is totally normal I think when growing in a confined space)

Still...always be wary of bugs.

Yeah a bit aggressive me I do try to be gentle ! Even the loupe it hard to use on a leaf that is fiddling about! Does anyone recommend anything other than sticky fly traps as preventatives

I just use a hippie dippy homemade chili garlic castile soap spray as a preventative measure. I'm leery of putting traps near something I don't want bugs around since most traps use an attractant. This is apparently not a popular opinion so feel free to do your own research.

Anyone can tell me what is going on here also with this leaf? The end of it is a different colour and is circly pointy ? A total different shade then the rest of the leaf and looks almost separate ?
I have seen that sort of thing on one of my leaves every now and then. It does not seem to have any effect on the rest of the leaf or the plant. Also, it does not seem to spread.

It might be the same thing as a mole or skin tag on people. Something to watch but unless it spreads it is not something to get worried about is the way I figure.

First time grower here finishing up a 6 month plant. I experienced these same markings on my leaves throughout my grow. I was sure it wasn't pests, but could never figure out what it was. For what it's worth, months later down the road, I never developed any pest issues or complications - and no, I did not take pest control measures (other than yellow sticky traps). I still don't know what it is, but I stopped overthinking it and accepted them as defective/deformed leaves. When I raised this issue, most people also seemed to believe it was a pest issue - rightfully so. Never was for me though.
