Seed sprout problem

Ok, I started a seed in a shot glass until I got a taproot, Then I put it into a jiffy pellet, now im coming up on 2 weeks, and still nothing coming out of top of jiffy pellet, strain is red cherry berry, and this is the 2nd seed Ive done this with, the first one never sprouted out either, Ive done this same exact process with all my seeds ive planted, but have only had this happen with this strain, oh and a rocklock seed I had. I put the pellet in a small jiffy greenhouse, and keep it in a dark place, I spray the jiffy house lid with tap water every day or 2 to keep it humid. Any ideas on where Im screwing up?

yeah i think its dead buddy.... i had the same happen when i started about 30 seeds, i found that the ones that didnt pop had been munched by very small cutter worms. no idea where they came from since it was all indoor but they killed my seeds.
