Ok, after my seeds sprout the taproot, and I put into a jiffy pellet,
1: do I put them in dark, or put a light on em,
2: how long should it take before they break through the top of the jiffy pellet.
And what is the best way to germinate seeds, paper towel, or just a glass of water?

Once they sprout they should have light on them. The won't need light until that point; however, I like to make sure the soil stays warm to inhibit growth. The time it could take varies greatly depending on your set up. I like to use the paper towel method, but you may prefer to use the water method. It's your personal preference. ;-)
