Seedling drooping big time and getting worse

This is my seedling on day 2. It is an autoflower. As you can see the leaves are drooping big time; I'm thinking overwater? They were started from seed in the jiffy pellet in the net pot. 300W Mars Hydro 20-4 cycle.

I cut a bunch of the jiffy pellet off from the start so it's only maybe 2 inches worth of jiffy pellet, with rocks all around, as you can see. I water when the soil is dry, and as it is only 2 inches worth of jiffy pellet- how can I be overwatering? I am giving it about 1 bottlecap full of water per day.

Yup... Let the soil dry out before you water. She shouldn't need water for around 5 days. Stop babying her with the cap full of water. Her tap root is all the way to the bottom of the pot by now. If there is water in the soil, she'll find it. That's what you want her doing. Looking for water. That's how you grow your root system.

The wet/dry cycle.

Completely soak the soil to the point it cant take any more water.
Then let it dry to the point the plant just barely starts to wilt.
Rinse and Repeat
