Seedlings leaves different sizes

Think 've got a mutant, it is growing and I've sorted out my previous growth problems. It's lush and a nice even green, but the first leaves are different sizes and so is half the cotyledon. Any one come across this before? It's NL auto, under a 300 watt LED 20inch away, in coco coir, PH is fine, humidity 65%, temp 73f. Thanks folks

The stunted leaves are growing well and I'm hoping they'll catch up with the other half.

Here she is do you think she looks ok? Her leaves are a bit folded, will she straighten herself out?

She's good. The cotys and first leaves will eventually die off.

Some times it happens ,next time she needs water give her pH 6.5 justvto be sure.
