Should I be worried about this?

Doing my daily maintaining and noticed she’s got a gaping hole in her... doesn’t seem to slow her down any, and appears to have healed. But it’s like an open hole.. I put a piece of duct tape over her gash..cause I guess I spread her legs too wideat some point.

I hit wounds with clonex gel when they're fresh, seems to seal them up and help ward off infection.

You can actually even use a bit of glue. The idea is to seal the wound to prevent infection (same we'd do for ourselves). I'd even put something around to prevent it from from splitting further, if that is a possibility of happening.
