Stunted growth in flowering: Ok to set to veg again?

Ok so I have run into a few nutrient problems with my grow. My Canadian winter has killed the RH% in my tent, and I have a humidifier running. So I can get it to stay in the mid 40’s in the day but start of the next day I’m down into the 20’s. Caused some phosphorus problems and now into some nitrogen deficiency. So nothing has really grown/stretched and I’m only 10 days into 12/12. So my question is would I be ok to go back into a vegging light cycle for another week or 2 without possibly causing my plants to hermie on me? My thought is that I should have my nutrients fixing hopefully most of my problems in that timeframe, and the flip back to flowering will allow my plants to properly stretch. I’m mainline my grow and nothing is really above 12 inches tall, and no signs of white pistils yet too

Yes in HP ProMix, 1 cup of Worm casting, and 1 cup trifecta mixed in there too. I will say yesterday that they all responded nicely after their watering with Tiger Bloom and CalMag with maybe half inch to an inch in new growth. So maybe I will be fine with them getting the nutrients they needed
